If Only the Deposit Has Been Paid

If you have made a booking with us and only paid the initial deposit, but later decide to cancel your reservation, the following conditions apply:

  • Full Refund: The deposit will be fully refunded if you do not receive the service as promised by our representative.
  • 24-Hour Cancellation: If you cancel your reservation within 24 hours of booking, you will receive a full refund.
  • Incorrect Flight Details: If the flight details sent via email do not match the contract, the deposit will be refunded in full.
  • Airline Cancellation: If the airline cancels the flight, you will receive a full refund.

If the Full Payment Has Been Made but the Ticket Has Not Been Issued

If you have paid the full balance but the e-ticket has not yet been issued, we typically process ticket issuance within 2-3 hours after receiving the balance. The tickets are then sent to customers via email. However, if the customer requests a delay in ticket issuance, or if the airline changes the flight schedule before ticket issuance, the following conditions apply:

  • Customer-Initiated Cancellation: If the customer voluntarily cancels the ticket and there is no issue with the airline, a service fee of £10 per passenger will be charged.
  • Weather-Related Issues: If ticket issuance is prevented due to unavoidable weather conditions, a full refund will be provided.
  • Airline Program Cancellation: If the airline cancels its program, the customer will receive a full refund.

If the Full Payment Has Been Made and the Ticket Has Been Issued

Once the ticket has been issued and sent to the customer via email or postal address, the following conditions apply:

  • Airline Refund Policy: After ticket issuance, the refund policy of the airline applies. Different airlines have different refund policies, and we are obligated to follow their terms.
  • Partially Used Tickets: If part of the journey has been used, the airline’s refund policy will determine the eligibility for a refund.
  • Passenger Death: In the unfortunate event of a passenger’s death, a death certificate must be provided to request a refund for any unused or partially used tickets. The request will be processed through the relevant airline.
  • Non-Refundable Tickets: If the ticket is classified as non-refundable, only a small portion of the cost may be refunded in the form of certain taxes, which will be passed on to the customer.
